For all of you struggling to get your pulls right, try this pre-workout activation complex.
Romanian deadlifts (8 reps) + standing calf raises (as many reps as possible) +seated calf raise (AMRAP). Every set you do, you increase the weights for the RDL until you can't do 8 reps anymore.
Then you start your workout. This will happen on both the Oly lift days.
